By Mail Entries must be mailed by September 9. Checks or money orders only, payable to Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center. Your canceled check is proof of payment.

Print the entry form, complete it and mail along with entry fee.

In Person: You may register at Our Lady of the Resurrection Medical Center Cashier's Office Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. through September 23. The Cashier's Office is located on the 1st floor.

On-Line: You can register on-line at Sign Me Up Sports by clicking here. Registrants can request a copy of their Sign Me Up Sports registration confirmation by clicking here.

Packet Pickup

You may register and/or pick up your race packet on Saturday, September 24, between 9 a.m. and noon in the Outpatient Center. Please use the rear hospital parking lot. The parking lot entrance is located on Addison near Major.
